"A chestnut and burnt orange bag designed around a 1940's bakelite frame with individually made rosettes and leaves to decorate the front. Piped in burnt orange and lined with leather with 2 divided interior pockets. This very vintage looking bag is actually the same colour as the one on page 5 of my archive collection and measures 9" high, 11" deep and the base is 3.5" wide with 4 anti-scratch feet. The handle is 4" high and 8" wide and clicks over itself to fasten. The image does not do the frame justice as it has a very deep marbled effect in burnt orange and chestnut, reminding me of a twist of barley sugar! Only one available.

This bag was made using a 1930's lucite door handle which I modified to hold a swathe of tomato red suede, the "handle" is embedded with red carved roses and is on a chestnut leather clutch, lined with red leather with one divided interior pocket, it fastens with 2 concealed magnetic fasteners and measures 11.5" wide, 8" deep with a 1.5" side panel.
